  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Perform personal care needs and attend to patient requests promptly
  - Observe and document patient conditions, reporting significant changes to the Case Manager
  - Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  - Maintain a clean and orderly living environment for patients
  - Provide respite care for patients’ families and caregivers as needed
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Completion of a state-established training program or competency evaluation program
  - At least 18 years of age
  - Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document care provided
  - Understanding of hospice philosophy and comfort in caring for terminally ill patients
  - Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with an insured vehicle
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Previous experience in a healthcare or hospice setting
  - Strong organizational and communication skills
  - Empathy and patience in dealing with patients and families in sensitive situations
  - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
