      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in ongoing evaluation of patients' functional status and home environment as delegated by the registered occupational therapist
      - Assist in teaching new skills or retraining patients in daily activities lost due to illness or injury
      - Maintain clinical records and document any changes in the patient's condition
      - Follow treatment programs and document patients' responses to treatment plans
      - Communicate with other healthcare personnel involved in the patient's care to ensure coordinated treatment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduate of an occupational therapy assistant curriculum accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
      - Certified with the National Certification Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association
      - Licensed as an occupational therapy assistant by the California Board of Occupational Therapy
      - Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience as a certified occupational therapy assistant
      - Current CPR certification and a valid California Driver's License with a reliable automobile
