      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver peer support services, including education and advocacy, to foster engagement in the treatment process
      - Provide recovery support education for persons enrolled, staff, and family members
      - Facilitate group therapy sessions, such as Wellness Recovery Action Plans (WRAP) and recovery support groups
      - Complete required documentation of services in a timely manner according to agency policy
      - Maintain personal well-being to model healthy functioning for those served

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Certified Peer Specialist Certification
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - At least 2 years of experience working with individuals in Mental Health Recovery
      - Must maintain 18 credit hours of additional training each year

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with individuals recently released from incarceration
      - Experience working with individuals who are homeless
