What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter prescriptions into the pharmacy systems with accuracy and speed
- Provide exemplary support to communities and residents via telephone and email
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all data entry tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
- Uphold a professional demeanor and excellent customer service standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- Nationally Certified with PTCB or NHA
- Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Pharmacy Data Entry or Medical Record Management in a long-term or managed care setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
