What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the lead on consulting projects, running simulations for clients
- Provide technical pre-sales support and guidance on Ansys software
- Analyze customer technical needs and propose simulation solutions
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of project deliverables
- Conduct ANSYS training and provide ongoing technical support to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- M.S. or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or similar discipline focused on fluid dynamics
- 3+ years of industrial experience related to fluid systems
- 3+ years of experience in computational fluid dynamics (CFD) methods
- Proven experience using Ansys Fluent and/or CFX
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Registered Professional Engineering (PE) license
- Proficiency in 3D CAD systems such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or Ansys SpaceClaim
- Demonstrated interest in state-of-the-art developments in simulation methodologies
- Strong self-management skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
