What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities within a specific territory, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Build and nurture long-term relationships at the CXO level to influence decision-making
- Create tailored Business Development plans for each target scope
- Identify and qualify large, strategic business opportunities with complex stakeholder maps
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase Atos's capabilities and differentiation in opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly in the IT services or digital transformation sector
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to develop strategies to outperform competitors
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with senior executives
- Ability to articulate customer business objectives and align Atos solutions to meet challenges
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing Business Development plans and strategies
- Familiarity with GSS best practices and innovative sales excellence methodologies
- Previous involvement in corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal stakeholders across various levels
- Experience in the public sector or with government clients
