- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans for large-scale implementations, including Salesforce and ERP projects
- Lead stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments
- Create and execute communication plans to ensure effective messaging across all organizational levels
- Partner with project teams, leadership, and key stakeholders to drive adoption and engagement
- Monitor and report on change management metrics and progress
- Coach leaders and employees through organizational transitions
- Identify and mitigate resistance to change
- Document lessons learned and best practices
- Implement and develop a network of change agents
