Develop and deliver an integrated business change strategy approach within the transformation programme, collaborating with senior leadership to define the change strategy and objectives, communicate the vision, and secure buy-in from stakeholders
Develop the change management plan for the programme, identifying and sequencing activity through to delivery.
Foster a culture of change readiness and adaptability within the organization with the use an organisational and business change impact assessment approach.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Incorporating learnings and recommendations across the portfolio.
Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex transformation change programmes
APM Change Management practitioner or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in a Change Management role within a medium/large organisation.
Strong knowledge of Change Management methodologies and tools with experience in delivering Change Management tools and capabilities within a portfolio of projects and programmes.
Strong stakeholder management, able to influence, secure buy-in, resolve conflicts & manage expectations at all levels
Excellent communicator, listener and ability to engage, building relationships at all levels

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity and time to join our Transformation Management Office as Change Manager. We are looking for an experienced change management professional with a proven track record of leading large transformation change programmes.
Each transformation programme is instrumental in driving the company's growth ambition and achievement of strategic objectives. By guiding and leading change initiatives, you will contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Boots UK has a significant portfolio of transformational change comprising multiple large scale programmes. You will take ownership of deploying the tools and capabilities required to support the delivery of a transformation programme owning the business change journey and will be accountable for documenting and assessing how this impacts team members.
