      1. Key purpose of the role
      • Leads all Aspects of Channel Reach for product through Expansion & Optimization of Network, in line with IB Growth Strategy & Business Objectives
      • To Increase service Reach for (CMP/CMP 4.0/CSP/CR/Lincoln Service Model)
      • Drive Distribution Assessment programs (Value Edge & Crisil) for Channel Partners.
      1. Profile of the job holder
      • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with MBA in Marketing (preferred).
      • Should have 8-10 years’ experience out of which 2-3 yrs. in channel sales.
      • Functional Competencies: Business Acumen, People handling, Strong process & system orientation, Financial Knowledge.
      • Behavioral Competencies: Futuristic approach, Pragmatic, networking skills, Teamwork.
      • Key Responsibilities : -
      • To increase Reach of channel by identifying, Evaluating & Appointing the right channel partner for Products & Service.
      • To strengthening channel service capability by increasing the service network coverage. ( CMP, CMP 4.0, CSE /CRE and Lincoln Service Model)
      • To Strengthening the channel by exiting the nonperforming channel partner as per company policy guideline and create a backup plan for future appointment.
      • To create the new appointment and Exit process, reducing the lead time and comply with company Guideline
      • Drive efficient implementation all the programs to achieve the desired results
      • Always create a robust review & audit mechanism to ensure hygiene & compliance.

      KPIs (SKF)

      1-Network Expansion through appointment & Onboarding - XX to YY & No. of Days.

      2) Increase Service Network – XX% to YY %

      3) Distributor Assessment & Improve in category – X to Y (Improvement)

      4) Branding Guideline (Signage, office infrastructure & Policies) – 100% Compliance.
