What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of presentation-related projects, including intake, prioritization, development, reviews, and final delivery
- Collaborate with sales, product, compliance, and marketing teams to gather content and ensure accuracy
- Organize and translate complex information into clear, well-structured presentations
- Regularly review and update existing presentations to ensure current information and brand consistency
- Support sales teams with presentation development, training, and guidance on effective usage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years' marketing experience, project management, or related experience
- Strong experience with presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint) for developing professional materials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and familiarity with publishing and collaboration tools
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects

- Experience in the insurance industry
- Skills in copywriting, editing, and proofreading
- High attention to detail, particularly concerning content accuracy and brand alignment
