      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of channel partnerships, including contracting, onboarding, and offboarding
      - Act as the primary operational liaison for channel partnerships, ensuring compliance and alignment with internal systems
      - Maintain and manage channel partnership databases and produce comprehensive reports for leadership
      - Conduct financial analysis and pricing research to support partner pricing strategies
      - Develop and execute operational process improvement projects to enhance channel efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in operational roles, with 5+ years specifically in channel partnership roles
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field; MBA is a plus
      - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM/PRM systems
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
      - Excellent project management and organizational skills, with a focus on process optimization and efficiency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience launching and managing partner incentive programs
      - Proven experience in a Channel Operations or Sales Operations role within the technology industry
      - Strong experience supporting a channel partner team cross-functionally
      - Track record of taking initiative and managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
