What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Appoint and terminate agency/agents in Siebel and on Department of Financial Service (DFS) website
- Set-up and maintain channel partner data in multiple systems/databases
- Review and evaluate requests for changes or additions to channel partner data
- Research, gather, and validate channel partner information via online sources
- Coordinate and prioritize work inventory to complete setup, appointment, and contracting processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Knowledge of agent licensing, appointments, and government certification process
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Possess a current 2-15 Health, Life and Variable Annuity License
- Experience with FFM and CMS Registrations
- Familiarity with MS Office products and Adobe PDF
- Experience with Florida Blue’s Agent Point System
