- In support of the annual Channel Marketing strategy, work collaboratively to create enterprise and channel specific promotional and engagement programs aligned to key channel partner objectives and enterprise initiatives
- Coordinate the registration, enrollment, audit and approval process for promotion programs.
- Develop distributor sales representative support tactics that deepen seller engagement, reinforce connection, build advocacy, and drive sales.
- Develop distributor sales representative training presentation content and communications.
- Support the development and implementation of channel partner specific content and assets in alignment to the annual sales/marketing plan, as needed.
- Report on the impact / engagement / success of the promotion and engagement elements
- Lead the coordination and execution of key event core and logistics teams throughout the year, including vendor coordination, and budget management.
- In partnership with Sales, Marketing and Innovation leaders, ensure connectivity and appropriate alignment to the overall enterprise strategy / key priorities.
- Creates and sustains high levels of awareness and demand for all GOJO brands within target markets across all channel partner marketing and communication platforms.
- Gather and leverage data and insights to measure event, engagement and promotions success and ROI.
- Ensure consistency in content, support tools, and messaging align with GOJO brand standards.
- Operate with a sense of purpose and urgency (when necessary); Demonstrate flawless execution and consistent follow-through
- Minimum three (3) years’ experience in Marketing, Advertising or Communications required
- BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related course of study preferred
- Collaborative mindset and track record of managing cross-functional teams to drive strong execution across all stakeholder levels
- Strong Leadership skills and an aptitude for developing repeatable best practices
- Excellent written, verbal and advisory skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop and manage projects from strategic conception to tactical execution
- Self-starter with an ability to manage multiple, fast-moving projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Trade show and event management experience a plus
- Works collaboratively with GOJO cross-functional partners in sales, marketing, product management, sales operations, pricing, supply chain, and market development
- This role does not manage other GOJO team members

Role Objective
In this role, you will be accountable for the development and execution of channel partner engagement initiatives, promotional programs, and GOJO events that support the annual Channel Marketing strategy, and that inspire GOJO® and PURELL® advocacy among the audiences we serve.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
This role is a mix of planning and tactical execution and will report to the Channel Partner Marketing Manager.
