What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Equip regional reseller partners with technical knowledge and skills through training sessions and product demonstrations
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for reseller sellers, managing proof-of-concept evaluations and addressing technical objections
- Act as a liaison between regional partners and product teams, providing feedback on customer needs and trends
- Build and maintain sales collateral that helps partners articulate the value of Huntress solutions
- Support regional events and customer engagements to drive pipeline and close business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years in a channel-facing technical role with hands-on sales cycle support
- Experience running demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer-facing technical work
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple business value
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and attacker tradecraft
- Experience working directly with Value-Added Resellers (VARs)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience helping smaller partners establish a repeatable sales process
- Background in threat analysis and familiarity with the Microsoft security stack
- Experience with SIEM/log aggregation across multiple toolsets
- Hands-on experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC) or incident response
