      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage relationships with resellers and distribution partners to enhance channel performance
      - Drive sales through strategic channel initiatives and promotional activities
      - Act as a liaison to resolve conflicts between reseller partners and internal sales teams
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner feedback is incorporated into product strategies
      - Utilize SAP for pricing management, order tracking, and sales forecasting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel sales or distribution management, preferably in industrial equipment
      - Strong understanding of vacuum pump technologies and associated hardware
      - Excellent negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP CRM/ERP systems

      - Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or scientific R&D sectors
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data
      - Exceptional presentation skills for public speaking engagements
      - Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
