      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze chargeback deductions and resolve discrepancies with credit card processors
      - Communicate chargeback resolutions in detail to maintain accurate records
      - Obtain and analyze chargeback data in a timely and precise manner
      - Audit customer accounts in financial software to support final dispositions
      - Create and process credits, payments, and payment method changes as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma
      - Knowledge of accounting or billing practices is ideal
      - Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
