      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Must have a hardwired internet connection with specified speed requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in technical customer service or support roles
      - Familiarity with accounting and tax platforms
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
      - Previous experience working in a remote environment
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
