      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality customer support through various communication channels while maintaining a positive demeanor

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a live chat environment
      - Excellent data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 45-55 words per minute
      - Proficiency in Windows-based applications; experience with client relationship management tools preferred
      - Strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on professionalism and clarity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in retail sales, preferably in an eCommerce environment
      - Ability to multitask effectively while communicating with customers
      - Demonstrated history of good attendance and punctuality
      - Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
      - Positive attitude and ability to build relationships with clients in challenging situations
