- Multi-state sales and marketing leadership experience with an organization of $150M +.
- Home Health, Hospice, or Post Acute residential facility experience.
- Oversight of directly reporting leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Strategic leadership and development of organization’s sales and marketing functions.
- Standardize and enhance all sales/patient referral & intake processes.
- Develop and monitor KPI’s to improve departmental functions.
- Work collaboratively with other Executives to develop growth strategy.

Chief Growth Officer Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Post Acute Health Care organization. They are looking for a Chief Growth Officer to lead all sales and marketing functions for their Home Health, Hospice, and Residential facilities. This person can be based remotely with heavy travel expected. Ideal location would be in the northern part of the Central time zone. Multi-state sales and marketing leadership experience over a directly reporting management team is a must. Home Health or Hospice experience is strongly preferred. Our client is looking for a strategic leader that can drive organic census growth and take their team to the next level.

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
