      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee HR professionals to support agency employees
      - Drive HR activities based on the business strategy
      - Understand and apply federal and state employment laws
      - Lead organizational development and change management
      - Develop and implement work measurement methods and project planning

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Six or more years of professional-level leadership experience in Human Resources
      - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or Public Administration
      - Knowledge of HR principles and practices, employment laws, and public sector processes
      - Skill in leadership, communication, interpersonal relations, and data analysis
      - Ability to direct administrative services, problem solve complex issues, and drive culture initiatives

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - SHRM, HRCI, or other reputable certification in Human Resources
      - Experience in branding and communication strategies
      - Knowledge of Lean Management Systems
      - Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or Public Administration
      - Experience in change management and process improvement within a large organization
