What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, prioritizing goals and driving key decisions
- Lead preparation for board meetings, investor updates, and executive communications
- Drive high-priority cross-functional projects across product, operations, growth, and finance
- Identify and address friction or inefficiencies within the organization
- Manage critical external relationships and negotiations with vendors, partners, and investors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10+ years in Chief of Staff, Strategy, BizOps, or Project Management roles in high-growth companies (healthcare or tech preferred)
- Hands-on experience with financial modeling, business planning, and performance management
- Proven track record of running large cross-functional projects and executing strategic visions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for insights and prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and context
