What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison for Local Workforce Development Board staff and other authorized users of the Child Care IT systems
- Provide customer support for the child care case management system and troubleshoot complex IT-related issues
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancements of the Child Care data and systems
- Document system defects and assist in tests of defects and system enhancements
- Perform related work as assigned, including special projects and duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduation from an accredited high school or successful completion of GED certification, plus three years of full-time experience in data processing or related positions
- Experience in customer service delivery and responding to inquiries with accurate information
- Excellent writing skills and effective communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education is preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in child development and early childhood education
- 30 semester hours of accredited college work in lieu of experience
