What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and respond to a high volume of incoming calls and email messages from various stakeholders
- Accurately explain criteria for requested actions based on regulations and policies
- Review, interpret, and analyze case data to assess information
- Provide excellent customer service and meet established response times
- Utilize automated case management system effectively

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of extensive In-bound/Out-bound call center experience
- Knowledge of call center policies, procedures, and regulations
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

- Skilled in case management, investigative research, and analytical ability
- Experience in court order interpretation
