      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with leadership to set individual goals and KPIs aligned with the Outbound Team objectives
      - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and relationship-building with churches
      - Develop and implement sales strategies to convert leads into customers
      - Conduct presentations to explain offerings to church partners via phone, Zoom, or email
      - Track and report sales activities and pipeline using Salesforce and other CRM tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1+ years of direct sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Competitive spirit and ability to engage in challenging conversations
      - Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1-2 years of experience in account management, ideally in a sales or customer-facing role
      - Proven track record of success in generating new business
      - Strong negotiation and closing skills
      - Familiarity with Salesforce and sales reporting tools
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
