What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service for inbound phone orders from church and individual consumers
- Accurately process orders and follow best practices to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Promote and cross-sell resources to enhance customer ministry experiences
- Offer frontline support for digital sales platforms, ensuring a seamless checkout experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong technical skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Must be available for work from 7:30am - 4:30pm CST
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of the employer's resources, events, and services
- Experience with Microsoft Suite, Oracle, and Salesforce
- Actively involved in an evangelical Christian Church
