      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff, providing excellent public service
      - Maintain organization of library collections and ensure facilities are clean and supplies are stocked
      - Perform various library tasks while actively engaging with patrons
      - Work one overnight shift per week (11:30 PM to 8 AM)
      - Collaborate with team members to solve problems and enhance service delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience working with a team to solve problems, customer service experience, or tutoring/teaching experience
      - Ability to follow written instructions with autonomy
      - Effective communication skills or a desire to develop this skill
      - Commitment to a regular work schedule and attendance
      - Ability to work from 11:30 PM to 8 AM once a week

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a library setting is a plus
      - Strong desire to engage with diverse populations and social justice issues
      - Willingness to learn and adapt to new library technologies
