Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency (CISA) is seeking a highly motivated individual to assume the role of Personal Lines Account Executive focusing on the development of affluent and high net worth business. This role is national in scope, with responsibility for developing profitable new business and managing a significant renewal book for Chubb agents and brokers.

A successful candidate will possess a working knowledge of the personal lines marketplace, strong sales & negotiation acumen, superior time management & organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

In addition to year-end rewards via performance management, the candidate will also be eligible for incentive-based compensation on a quarterly basis for superior financial results.

Position Responsibilities:

· Gather and analyze account specific information on new personal line submissions and develop front line underwriting recommendations.

· Prepare quotes and written proposals for enrolled agents according to all established standards and work closely with the agent to convert prospects into new business.

· Decline risks that do not fit Chubb’s underwriting appetite in a manner that educates agents and creates opportunities for the future.

· Review large accounts on an annual basis to ensure all credits are applied and the account is well rounded.

· Establish effective relationships with personal lines underwriters to meet and exceed new business and renewal goals.

· Successfully account round target accounts

· Support the Chubb Insurance Solutions Agency customer service goals by maintaining established service standards. Resolves agents or clients’ problems by communicating with underwriters, colleagues, and other Chubb departments.

· Build key relationships with emerging and high performing agents to drive new business and establish Chubb as the primary choice for target business.

· Effectively manage high volume of submission flow and document agency management system with all pertinent information to avoid potential errors and omissions.

• Willingness to obtain New Jersey Property and Casualty producer license.
