- Manage civil site design and permitting for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects
- Lead preparation and submission of earth disturbance and stormwater permits
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Guide projects through the municipal approval process, including public meetings and hearings
- Serve as a liaison with environmental regulatory agencies
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development initiatives
- B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline
- 7 to 10 years of experience in site design, permitting, and approvals
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license strongly preferred
- Established network with regulatory agencies and involvement in regional trade groups
- Solid understanding of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and/or Ohio regulations
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
