What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and lead project teams for Mission Critical Data Center projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on site development projects and communicate effectively with clients and sub-consultants
- Develop project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule while conducting quality assurance and quality control
- Assist in the creation of design documentation, including site plans and utility plans, throughout various project phases
- Participate in project coordination meetings and contribute to proposal development and client growth initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Planning, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry
- Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts and project document production phases
- Advanced oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software

- Experience with Mission Critical/Data Center markets and major commercial projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently
- Familiarity with innovative technologies for civil system design and modeling
