      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle complex claims by reviewing assigned claims, contacting insured parties, and initiating documentation in the claims system
      - Conduct thorough investigations of claims to determine payment eligibility, applicable limits, and recovery potential
      - Evaluate damages and financial value of losses while ensuring compliance with state laws and regulations
      - Approve payments and refer claims to other company units when necessary
      - Manage litigation processes and oversee APD litigation cases, including attorney and budget management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completion of ACG Claim Representative Training Program or equivalent knowledge/experience
      - Must be eligible to acquire a State Adjuster's license within 90 days of hire in states where required
      - Minimum of three years of experience in claim settlements, evidence evaluation, and coverage resolution
      - Advanced knowledge of Essential Insurance Act, Fair Trade Practices Act, and collision repair techniques
      - Must have a valid State Driver's License and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle for inspections

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
      - Completion of the Insurance Institute of America's General Insurance Program or equivalent
      - CPCU coursework or designation, I-Car ProLevel training, and CCC training
      - Experience in handling simple litigation and knowledge of subrogation procedures
