      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to claims, monetization, and policy enforcement within YouTube's Content Management System (CMS)
      - Investigate and resolve disputed claims, reference overlaps, and ownership conflicts to ensure proper asset management
      - Maintain accurate metadata, confirm correct ownership, and apply appropriate policies across music assets
      - Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners, providing timely assistance with content-related issues and conflict resolution
      - Stay up-to-date on YouTube platform developments, Content ID tools, and industry best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in organizing and analyzing data using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
      - Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving abilities
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
      - Hands-on experience with YouTube CMS or similar content management systems
      - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact professionally in client-facing situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in music, digital rights management, or copyright
      - Solid understanding of popular music and awareness of current and emerging trends in the music industry
