Claims Process Analyst
Looking for:
2-3 years of claims process analysis experience
Prior P&C claims Adjuster experience
Experience with claims systems (Guidewire) or similar
Good Communication skills
Day-to-Day:
Receive ad hoc requests to analyze incident data and create reports based on findings
Root Cause Analysis of incidents and issues in claim payment process
Create step by step solutions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
