      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enter claim submissions into the claims management system
      - Monitor and manage claim and notice inboxes
      - Upload and flag supporting documentation for review by the Claims Examiner team
      - Identify complex and/or catastrophic claim notices and escalate to leadership as necessary
      - Maintain thorough reporting and open communication with the Supervisor regarding assigned areas of responsibility

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
      - 3+ years of office experience required; medical claims experience preferred
      - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with an aptitude to learn new programs
      - Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
      - Clear written and verbal communication skills

      - Experience with DY/ESL Office preferred
