      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist 6-7 attorneys and staff with daily clerical duties in a Workers' Compensation law office
      - Monitor e-faxes and manage the electronic service mailbox
      - Schedule and reschedule depositions, cross-examinations, and medical evaluations
      - Handle lien packets, respond to subpoenas, and manage medical records
      - Schedule informal settlement conferences and investigate returned mail

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of Workers' Compensation or legal support experience
      - Basic knowledge of legal terminology is a plus
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
