What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level expertise and client service to aviation and aerospace clients and account teams
- Maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives, ensuring effective communication
- Analyze client coverage needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Develop executive renewal marketing strategies in collaboration with multiple Producers
- Exercise independent decision-making regarding client coverage analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of ten years of insurance industry experience
- Strong knowledge of aviation coverage lines and markets
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, with strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
- P&C License required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree or relevant certification/designation
- Experience in the aviation/aerospace sector
