Deliver management consulting /technology consulting projects (identifying issues, forming hypotheses, designing and conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations and helping to implement change)
Responsibility for meeting project goals, delivering project financials and development of sales opportunities
Manage client relations and delivery of business value on project level and over time take up responsibilities for client management in cluster of projects / whole account
Effectively interconnect Accenture practices to efficiently employ our diverse capabilities
University degree (preferrable MSc / MBA related to Management/Economics/IT)
5+ years’ experience in management / technology consulting (in a consulting company or relevant experience with project management in any company)
4+ years’ experience in the industry (life science / automotive & industrial / consumer goods/ retail industry)
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, especially in building trusted relationships with clients
Self-motivated and proactive approach, experience in sales opportunity identification, leading RFP responses including client negotiation rounds
Ability to identify and assess complex problems, predict potential problems and timely implement preventive measures
Excellent communication and presentation skills, being able to present complex ideas in a clear and easy-to-understand way
Independent and prompt decision-making, thinking outside of the box, adaptability and agility
Fluent English and Czech/Slovak language (spoken & written)
Ability to meet client travel requirements, when applicable

The role of Client account leadership (CAL) group is to manage activities from the perspective of our clients. CALs interconnect different delivery practices within Accenture to synergize and provide the best delivery mix for individual accounts. CALs are also actively delivering projects putting in place our blend of management and technology consulting skills and industry expertise.
We are looking for CAL Manager to join our Products industry that covers life sciences, automotive & industrial, consumer goods and retail segments. CAL manager will work on projects within products industry to deepen his/her knowledge of industry and individual clients and grow in the path of becoming Lead responsible for a client account.
