      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review client and matter setups to ensure accurate billing in accordance with engagement letters and guidelines
      - Produce, review, and distribute prebills for attorney review on a monthly basis
      - Manage attorney and client deadlines, ensuring timely billing and adherence to firm guidelines
      - Actively monitor accounts receivable balances and implement collection strategies as needed
      - Research and resolve client disputes promptly, engaging attorney assistance when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of legal billing experience with automated billing systems
      - Proficiency in Aderant expert (previously CMS) and/or other automated accounting systems
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills with attorneys, staff, and clients

      - Ability to handle complex accounts with limited assistance
      - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
      - Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment
