      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle complex client interactions professionally, ensuring exceptional client experience and effective issue resolution
      - Manage complaint intake sources and escalated phone calls, delegating tasks as necessary
      - Conduct research and investigation of customer issues, collaborating with internal teams for resolution
      - Document correspondences and maintain accurate records for reporting and auditing purposes
      - Educate personnel on contact handling expectations and support process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to work additional hours and varying shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in banking or financial services
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, including Executive Leadership
      - Strong analytical skills to perform moderate risk analysis and root cause analysis
      - Exceptional documentation skills for accurate case logging and reporting

      - Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a customer service environment
      - Familiarity with complaint management systems and regulatory compliance standards
      - Proven track record of improving client satisfaction and resolving complex issues
      - Advanced skills in utilizing various communication channels to engage with clients
      - Knowledge of banking policies and procedures
