What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer all incoming calls on the emergency phone line and resolve issues related to travel delays and passenger emergencies
- Communicate with clients, tour managers, and vendors to address and resolve complaints
- Document and track issues for future trend analysis to improve services
- Complete comprehensive training to serve effectively as part of the Client Care team
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the company's values and vision
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in CRM management, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a high-stress environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make rapid decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish or French
- Experience in conflict management and resolution
- Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter and self-learner
- Familiarity with travel industry processes and customer service practices
