What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure full SDLC compliance for all projects, including requirements, design, QA, and implementation readiness
- Establish and enforce PMO processes, procedures, and governance structures
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, managing timelines, risks, and resources
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and stakeholder concerns
- Drive consistent communication across vendors, partner agencies, and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience in complex technical environments
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, system integrations, and public sector or eligibility systems
- Strong experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet and JIRA
- Proven ability to enforce processes and maintain structure across multiple teams
- PMP Certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire

- Experience managing people, performance, and developing processes for medium to large teams
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Thorough understanding of core business processes within healthcare organizations
- Experience with multi-vendor coordination and accountability
