What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Transform complex US healthcare data into actionable insights for health insurance and healthcare provider organizations
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to quality check, compile, and organize healthcare data
- Investigate data to identify patterns and trends, providing insights to client consultants
- Communicate analytic findings to team members and uphold high standards of document management
- Present relevant findings to clients in a clear and understandable manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Health Informatics, Data Analysis, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in a relevant role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare data
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software or programming languages such as R or Python
- Knowledge of health insurance operations and member engagement strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in client-facing roles or consulting
