What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively lead in-person and virtual training sessions focusing on learning objectives
- Oversee deliverables for major training projects while meeting deadlines
- Create learning content using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) methods
- Prepare and plan engaging webinar content for existing clients
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop training content for major trainings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Teaching, or a relevant field; high school diploma candidates with required experience will be considered
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, training, tutoring, or a related position
- Experience in creating online or in-person training content
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with online learning tools and building online community spaces
- Familiarity with MS Office suite
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
