What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead in-person and virtual trainings with clients focusing on learning objectives
- Create learning content using UDL methods
- Prepare webinar content for existing clients to increase engagement
- Travel to client sites as needed, up to 25% of role responsibilities
- Serve as a NEXGEN product expert
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Teaching, or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a Teacher, Trainer, Tutor, or other relevant position
- Experience creating online or in-person training content
- Presentation/facilitation experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with online learning tools and building online community spaces
