What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively lead in-person and virtual training sessions focusing on learning objectives
- Oversee deliverables for major training projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Create engaging learning content using Universal Design for Learning (UDL) methods
- Prepare and plan webinar and conference content to enhance client engagement
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to develop and document training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in education, English, teaching, or a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in a teaching, training, or tutoring role
- Proven experience in creating online or in-person training content
- Professional presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience documenting complex topics in an educational context
- Skills in creating and editing educational videos
- Familiarity with the field of enterprise asset management
- A strong desire to master the role and grow within the organization
