Responsibilities
• Sales over phone calls or Zoom. Managing your own book of business
• Meet clients over Zoom and phone calls with interested prospects
• Training and developing new agents
• Commission structure, Licensing applies to the role
• You do not need a license if you want to work as a referral partner, but you make more money with a license
Qualifications
• Computer proficiency (intermediate), especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is essential
• Excellent time-management, organization skills, customer service, and communication skills, both written and verbal, are critical
• High school diploma or equivalent is needed; some college is an asset
• Previous experience (1-2 years) as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, personal assistant, or office assistant is required
• Produce consistent, high-quality work with little to no supervision on a variety of projectsAbout the company
