What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reconcile all client-held funds accounts and monitor cash position to support treasury functions
- Assist Specialists with reconciliation complexities and approve daily exception reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate the bank reconciliation process
- Prepare cash flow forecasting and analysis, providing insights and investment recommendations
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance daily reporting and improve efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in payroll service, banking operations, or service bureau account reconciliations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with complex data
- Proficiency in MS applications and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with MasterTax, WEX, or CobraPoint
- Advanced knowledge of money movement and payroll, tax, and benefits service bureaus
- Strong team player with a proactive work ethic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
