What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily onboarding calls to welcome new students and ensure a smooth transition process
- Collaborate with sales representatives and the coaching team to facilitate effective communication
- Innovate onboarding products by creating and producing video trainings and worksheets
- Maintain high attention to detail while reporting across multiple communication channels
- Adapt to changing responsibilities and develop new, efficient standard operating procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work from 1 PM to 10 PM EST, Monday to Friday
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients
- Familiarity with technology tools such as Loom, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, and CRM systems
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and changing priorities
- High attention to detail and understanding of systems and processes for continuous improvement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in coaching or mentoring roles
- Background in sales
- Willingness to receive feedback and engage in constructive coaching
- Comfort with technology and a quick learning ability for new tools
