What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Advisor Teams in completing client paperwork and account setup for efficient onboarding
- Review and establish accurate account records in Salesforce for new accounts
- Timely follow up on client documents and ensure compliance with regulations
- Build strong relationships with Regional Vice Presidents and Advisor Teams to facilitate onboarding
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and onboarding efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent written documentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center and/or Fidelity Wealthscape
- Exposure to relationship and change management in a professional setting
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Positive, solution-focused attitude as a team member
