Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to deepen client relationships.

Manage commercial aspects including revenue, margins, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

Understand the client’s business and IT strategy to identify new service opportunities.

Build strong, trust-based relationships with client senior leadership.

Collaborate with Delivery Management to meet revenue and margin targets.
-
Ensure projects are staffed effectively and executed using Agile methodologies.
-
Conduct regular reviews on project quality, risk, compliance, and financial health.
-
Lead escalation management and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
-
Report project/program status and financials to client steering committees.
-
Monitor and enforce adherence to GFT policies, processes, and quality standards.
-
Participate in Operational Risk & Quality Committees.
-
Define team responsibilities and ensure alignment with project goals.

Mentor Program Managers and build succession plans.

Support recruitment: from technical screenings to coordinating client interviews for new positions.

Strong preference for candidates in the NewYork Tri-State area
-
Required atleast 8-10 years of experience in the IT services industry.

Mandatory knowledge and experience with Financial Services, Banking or Private Equity clients and experience with Data and Cloud projects

Proven experience managing enterprise-level client relationships, including commercial responsibilities.

Strong knowledge of Agile project delivery and IT consulting services. Experience with Data and Cloud projects

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects/programs and lead cross-functional teams.

Skilled in conflict resolution, client negotiation, and strategic planning.

Experience with Jira and staffing processes including technical interviewing and cultural fit assessments.
