What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional client service by handling day-to-day requests for assigned clients and consultants
- Support CPMs and Business Development Professionals in market-facing activities and client service delivery
- Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including preparation, documentation, and logistics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth onboarding and account modifications
- Manage client data requests, performance reporting, and monthly client statements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of professional experience (2-3 years of client service experience)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Direct experience working with institutional clients
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- General understanding of fixed income concepts
- Bachelor's degree required; progress towards CFA or MBA a plus
